According to Netflix’s official announcement, Firefly Lane is also a show that their viewers love and watch in big numbers. And for me, it is the best show.
An amazing journey with great music, great cinematography, great acting, and full of emotions through 3 decades and a deep soulmate bond between 2 women.
And they dealt with so many sensitive issues. Rape, miscarriage, depression, child abandonment, suicide, sexual harassment, and drug addiction.
Especially with the miscarriage, they did such a beautiful job, unlike other series that don’t even bother to deal with that in a deeper level.
And Katherine Heigl was phenomenal. She was born to play Tully Hart. This was, by far, the best role in her career.

Question for anyone that has Netflix… I currently have Amazon Prime ( mostly for movies ), and Prime seems to add newer movies than most streaming services, but can you tell me if Netflix also adds newer movies that were in theaters recently on a regular basis, or does Netflix add more older movies compared to Prime and HBOmax? Thanks
